Come join us at “The Shape of Hope” book launch on Friday 29 April at 5.30pm. There will be book readings, live music and canapes at The Mercy Hub, 617 Nicholson St Carlton North.
This beautiful collection of personal stories, written by Hope Co-op board members, outlines the human impacts of government policy and the many obstacles asylum seekers and refugee students face trying to access higher education in Australia. This free event is open to all. Light refreshments and entertainment will be provided along with live readings from the book. Books are available for purchase on the evening with all sales going directly to the living support program.
