Hazara man’s deportation stayed as court finds asylum application process is flawed.

The Federal court has found that the asylum application of a Hazara man had not been considered fairly. The court has placed his deportation on hold while his application is reconsidered. The decision may have an impact for up to 120 Hazara’s currently in detention and undergoing similar processes. The ABC reports the full story.
